In-Home Care Coordination is the act of our staff listening to the needs and wants of our clients, and catering the search for care to those criteria. By learning the details of each individual case, CayCare is able to provide the best care solutions for our clients.
Our dedicated team members will help determine exactly what care is needed. From transfers, personal care, meal preparation, toileting, bathing, night time needs, behavior needs, exercises, hospice care, or even relief for a family member providing care, we can assist in finding the best services for our clients individual needs.
We utilize a family care plan to help assist getting the right care for our clients. Our staff will provide follow up support in case the plan for care needs to change for any reason. The experience and dedication of our in-home care coordinators means our clients have access to their own personal expert to answer questions should they come up.
Home Care Coordination is the act of our Elder Care Advisor listening to your needs and wants and catering the search for care that you need. We will utilize a family care plan to help assist your family in getting the care you need and filling in the gaps with family if you aren’t getting 24 hour care. The Elder Care Advisor will actually provide follow up support in case the plan for care needs to change for any reason. You have access to your own personal expert to answer questions should they come up.

Why would I use a referral agency for home care coordination? The answer is simple. There is a lot to plan around when it comes to home care. Our referral agency is unbiased and able to help the family determine the best plan for hours and course of action to take. You are assigned an Elder Care Advisor who helps you come up with the best plan for your family and the care that is needed.
Can I have the referral agency help me find the caregiver I need? The answer is yes. We will help you determine what kind of caregiver will work well and within your budget. Then we will do the calling to home care agencies to make the best match for caregiver, services and cost.
What if I don’t like my caregiver? That is what we are there for. You can talk to us and we can either help problem solve with you and the agency or find an alternate solution. Either way you have more support at your fingertip.
How much does this cost to have this service? There is no cost to you. Our home care coordination is paid as a percentage through the marketing budgets of the home care agency. It doesn’t affect your cost in any way.
