About the Role:
Join our team with this rewarding job opportunity that allows the flexibility of schedule while allowing you to exercise your geriatric skills.
You will perform care assessments for long term care in homes, hospitals and skilled nursing and Nurse Delegation. Case management of MS, Parkinson’s Disease, CHF, COPD and dementia.
Mileage is included and schedules are flexible. You can work a few hours at a time and/or evenings and weekends. You will travel to Pierce, King, Kitsap and Thurston Counties.

Skills Required:
– Problem Solver
– Works Autonomously
– Comfortable going into others homes and throughout the community
– Comfortable with driving
General Qualifications:
– 2 Years of Geriatric Experience
– RN (LPN’s may qualify)
– Must pass background check
