How to Report Home Openings:
We send weekly email reminders for you to easily report your home openings.
The links within this email are specific to your home.
- Click on “Home Openings” within your weekly email. (If you did not get the link or the link is not working, email steph.hilfer@caycare.com)
- This will take you to your Provider Chart
- At the bottom of the page find the “OPENINGS” tab.
- Click the “NEW” button.
- Fill out the opening type, gender, financial terms, any special notes and the person who is reported openings.
- Be sure to click the “SAVE” button.
How to update your Provider Information:
We send weekly email reminders for you to easily update your Provider Information.

- Click on “Provider Information” within your weekly email. (If you did not get the link or the link is not working, email steph.hilfer@caycare.com)
- This will take you to your Provider Chart
- Click the “EDIT” button.
- Update any information as necessary.
- Be sure to click the “SAVE” button.
